Yes, we do accept all major credit cards including VISA / MasterCard. All credit card transactions are done on real-time basis.

Is my transaction safe?

Yes, we value the security of your credit card information. Your credit card transaction takes
place on a secure server using SSL technology which encrypts your credit cards details while
sending your particulars for authorization.

Where do I see the color range?

We have a wide range of
more than 400 colors
available.

How much does your color match with the color code I specify?
A.
The color code gives us a idea of the color you want, its depth, hue and brightness. For 1-10 pieces, we reach 95-100% of the exact color and for more than 10 pieces, we can provide you the exact color of your choice. The color remains different due to different resolutions, color display by different computers of different configuration.

Do I have to pay customs duty on my order or clear my goods at customs?

For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by DHL
/ UPS / Fedex / TNT

What's your refund policy?
A.
If the pieces are returned within 3 days of receipt of goods, a new piece will be sent at your costs and expenses. In no case, will the air freight be paid by us.

Why is your Pashminas available at such a low price?
A.
Since we are direct manufacturers, no commission, no middleman importers and no retail profits are involved.
